The CTCS (Swiss Coton de Tuléar Club) was founded on August 28,
1999 and is officially recognised by the „FCI“ (Fédération
Cynologique Internationale) and the SKG/SCS (Schweizerische
Kynologische Gesellschaft/Société Cynologique Suisse).
The club was founded by several breeders who wanted to create a
club specifically for their breed.
OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB
To promote and preserve the health of the breed
To gather and distribute general information concerning the
breed
To uphold the regulations for breeding
To organise meetings, conferences, get togethers, etc.
To provide information about available puppies
To answer any questions the public may have about the breed
To help owners find people who will care for their dog in case
of necessity
MEMBERSHIP
This year (2007) the club numbers around 84 members.
CLUB SERVICES TO MEMBERS
Advice and help is offered to new as well as experienced breeders and to
potential buyers through knowledgeable members of the board.
Club members are entitled to a discount on all entry fees at
SKG/SCS dog shows. Breeders enjoy reduced fees for the
registration of litters and for all other administrative matters
concerning owning, showing or breeding the Coton de Tuléar.

Entrance fee
(one time only): CHF 25.-
Members - annual fee:
SFR 95.-
Family fee
(members living under the same roof): SFR 70.- per person.
